Who We Are:

We are a family-run home-based business.  We have been collecting Funko Pops for many years now, and selling and shipping them all across Canada and into the USA for almost 4 years now.  This website is new for us, but we have sold regularly through Marketplace (Highly Rated) and eBay (Top Rated Seller) with many positive reviews from customers on these platforms.

We sell and ship Funko Pops, as well as other collectibles (e.g. sports cards) occasionally.

Price of Products:

All prices include taxes, so you pay the price listed (plus shipping).

We seek to price our products fairly, based on current market values.  Funko Pops, for instance, are based on PPG (Pop Price Guide) prices, although sometimes PPG has not caught up yet to current market value (upward or downward), so eBay is also a source for current prices.  For other products, such as sports cards, eBay is a primary source for current valuations.  For Funko Pops that have some damage to the box, a discounted price is listed based on level of damages.

(We are based out of Canada, so the default currency setting for the store is the Canadian dollar.  If you are in the USA, don't forget to switch to USD at the top of the page so you can see the prices in USD.)

Photos:

The pictures you see on the product pages are of the actual Funko Pops (or other product) that you would be purchasing.  We do not use stock photos of our Funko Pop products for sale.  The exception to this is our Moose Mayhem products.  These are printed and shipped by a third party, so we use their mockup images.

Condition of Products:

All products posted are in near mint condition, unless otherwise indicated in the product description and the associated pictures.  For instance, if there is any damage to a Funko Pop box, we will describe the imperfections (bent, torn, damaged, scratched, etc.) and post extra pictures so you can see exactly what it looks like.  This way there are no surprises for you in what you are purchasing.

If you would like to see more pictures of any Funko Pop that you are considering purchasing, please contact us and we can make that happen.

Note:  The Pops available here have almost entirely been purchased as "Used" items.  None of what we sell would be considered "New."

Shipping:

We primarily ship using our local Postal services.  We will normally ship your purchased product within 3 business days of an order being placed and paid for.

We ship carefully, in boxes.  We do not use bags or bubble mailers.  We pack carefully to avoid as much as possible any damages in transit.

The shipping prices automatically applied by the site include tracking.  Currently the base rate (subject to change) for a single regular-sized Pop shipped to Canada is about $16 CAD.  The current base rate (subject to change) for a single regular-sized Pop shipped to the USA is about $18 CAD (between $12 and $13 USD).  The cost for shipping goes up incrementally from there for multiple items in the same shipment.

Currently, we ship into Canada and the USA only.  We may extend our shipping market eventually, but for now, if you are in another location outside of Canada or the USA, the site will not allow you to complete your order. 

(If you are from outside Canada and the USA but are still interested in an item or items from our store, please contact us and we would be happy to dialogue with you about the possibility of shipping to your location.  Along with payment for the item, shipping prices would also be agreed upon and paid for prior to purchase.  Please note that shipping from Canada overseas will most times be a higher cost to the buyer.)

Returns/Exchanges:

We have been shipping Funko Pops and other collectibles in North America for almost 4 years now, and have rarely had any kind of shipping damage.  But if there were to be significant damage to a Funko Pop during shipping, please feel free to reach out to us by email with pictures and we can discuss options.

But in general, we do not do exchanges because of a purchase that someone simply changes their mind about.  So please ensure that you are purchasing a product that you want.  We cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage.

Remember, we are just a home-based business, selling Pops as a family from our basement, and we do not have Amazon-level resources to be able to handle substantial losses for any error not made by us.

If there is an error that was made on our end some way, then we will be happy to work out a plan with you, but these rare occasions will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.

Replenishing Our Supply:

We do purchase Funko Pop collections from people willing to sell.  Please contact us if you have some Pops that you want to be relieved of!
